Smithville is a uniquely developed active adult
community consisting of ten villages of approximately
1250 homes where all villages have access to the
fabulous 23,000 square foot clubhouse. For local
entertainment, the historic American Revolutionary
community of
Smithville is located within minutes of the
villages. Smithville includes many unique shops,
eateries, rides for the kids and a great place to just
walk around and enjoy the ambiance.
If you are looking for more excitement, the beaches and
nightlife of Atlantic City are only about 30 minutes
away by bus. For great shopping, Egg Harbor is close by.
There are also great places to golf, such as the private
club of the Galloway National Golf Club. Also close by
is the Seaview in Absecon, The Links at Brigantine
Beach, Pomona Golf Course (semi private), and the
Atlantic City Country Club (Private).
Transportation

is only minutes east of the Garden State Parkway and
less than 15 minutes from the excitement of Atlantic
City and the Atlantic City Expressway. The
Atlantic City International Airport
and other
train and long distance bus service are also only
short rides from Smithville.
