If you are selling your current home outside of Northern NJ, I will help you find an agent at your current location to assist you. If you are already working with an agent in selling your home, I will work with that agent while you are looking for your new home in Northern New Jersey. I will even list your current home on the Internet to expedite the sale of your present home. This is not a Coldwell Banker benefit, but an additional benefit from me and must be consented by your listing broker.
