The first step in
purchasing your new home is to create a criteria of your
needs and wants. We will be happy to meet with you to
develop your criteria. At this time, we will also
discuss exactly how we go about finding your new home
and/or Selling your current home.
We are Internet
Proficient and able to communicate with you wherever you
are via e-mail, e-fax, e-signature, texting, and
creating a web page if needed.
Relocation from Northern NJ
Coldwell Banker's
relocation services consists of a
fully staffed and knowledgeable Relocation Department dedicated to
meeting the needs of the home buyer or seller. While
I'm concentrating on selling your home, which
will be listed on this website here in
NJ, we will also be communicating with the agent
who is helping you find and close on your new home
at your new location.
Relocation to Northern NJ
If you are selling your current home outside of
Northern NJ, I will help you find an agent at your
current location to assist you. If you are already
working with an agent in selling your home, I will work
with that agent while you are looking for your new home
in Northern New Jersey. I will even list your current
home on the Internet to expedite the sale of your
present home. This is not a Coldwell Banker benefit, but
an additional benefit from me and must be consented by your listing
broker.
